I received an email today from the CMP regarding someone contacting them to join our club. I just sent the email back to that person and looked HERE:http://clubs.odcmp.com/cgi-bin/clubSearchSubmit.cgi?clubMembership=OPEN&state=TN

and if you search for the town 'elora' then it will show that we're on the official clubs list.

DID WE ACTUALLY GET ACCEPTED? I THINK SO. BUT TIME WILL TELL WHEN I RECEIVE THE ACCEPTANCE LETTER

I'd look pretty nifty sporting a Civil Operator patch, I think. (plus it could pay for the yearly cmp fees)

Yeah. 20 minutes ago we were at membership number 130. now I'm at membership number 151.

Great job admin, many thanks. I've just emailed them and asked if a CA DOJ handgun safety certificate counts as proof of marksmanship / firearms familiarity. I'll post the response for all you CA guys. I lived there a few years back, I'm in NY now but my card still hasn't expired.
