I'd say Jews and blacks would be a more likely culprit, most of the Mexican guys I've known have just wanted to work to support their families and still have enough left over to get fucked up. Plus black guys make for more iconic rappers who's corporate money backed "music" could be used to instill a hatred for a specific group of individuals. Although I do say that most new music I hear coming out is this dubstep garbage witch unless its designed to trigger hatred by altering brain frequencies will only go to harm people by shitting on the entire industry.
