General Innawoods creepy / notable adventures

Abandoned Royal Canadian Navy base

> be 15
>go innawoods in Lasalle Canada
>in the middle of a clearing find a huge abandonned complex fenced off with 12ft high barb wired fence
>find a hole on fence
>get in
>All windows and doors are blocked with plywood
>remove plywood from the door of main building
>door is unlocked
>Huge Royal Canadian Navy sign on the floor
>Inspect main building with flashlight and find tons of filling cabinets and files stored in said building.soldiers files,operations etc.

>Sit in office for hours reading files. Run across a map of the complex and a bunch of underground tunnels and bunkers attached to the complex.
>Take map back home, call bunch of friends, epic innawoods field trip organized for the next weekend.
>Get to building, my brothers and cousins and friends are all in awe with the discovery.
>Set off to explore tunnels, tons of rats and useless shit ,find armory, all empty ,nothing but old gear and ammo crates everywhere.
>Find a gym and underground barracks
>Start playing basketballs,After a while organize a weapon search of entire complex ,divide group in 3 small groups and my group finds 3 fire axes and a couple of MRE
>Sleep in barracks that weekend, creepy empty base was scary as fuck.
>Once weekend was over, everyone had a great time,head back home for school.
>Word gets out around town about abandoned base innawoods
>Bunch of kids starts destroying it and everything in it.
>3 kids injured themselves badly by cutting themselves on glass,falling off a roof and breaking bones,
>City levels the complex and gets totally demolished.
>Fast forward 20 years.
>Go back in the woods last year.
>Nothing but grass and trees everywhere
>Find sewer grate close to where the base used to be,
>Open it up, grab flashlight and trusty 870 in case of rat attack...lol
>The tunnels and bunkers are all still there...
>MFW I have no face when I just secured my SHTF shelter.
